Per esperienza sappiamo che il prezzo di una rinnovazione totale è tra il 40 ed il 60% del prezzo della stessa macchina nuova.
Il nostro lavoro consiste in studio e realizzazione della parte elettrica, poi studio e realizzazione della parte informatica.
Nella fase di creazione, andiamo a discutere con voi dei miglioramenti possibili per aumentare le capacità della macchina.
In ciò che riguarda la parte meccanica della macchina, lavoriamo in collaborazioni con le imprese buone attrezzate e potendo garantire la grande qualità del lavoro.
Abbiamo una grande esperienza nel campo dell'automatizzazione di macchine speciali e più particolarmente nel campo del ferro a cemento.
La base di questa automatizzazione è di utilizzare dei componenti standard, ciò che garantito la continuazione del lavoro, i componenti elettrici sono in grande parte delle ditte, Telemeccanica (Schneider), Wago, Traco Power, eccetera..
La parte informatica proviene principalmente dal società Advantech, http://www.advantech.it
con la quale abbiamo 15 anni di esperienza.
